These Terms of Service govern your use of the MiraBabe website and your purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully before using the website or placing an order.

This website is operated under the brand name MiraBabe by Sonhai Tech Limited.

Throughout the website, the terms “MiraBabe,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sonhai Tech Limited and the MiraBabe brand, as applicable.

The term “Services” includes this website, its content, customer accounts, communications, order services, products, and any related features made available by us.

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them, including our:

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services or place an order through the website.

2. Eligibility and Authority

6. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, measurements, materials, colors, body construction, hair types, accessories, and images accurately.

Before placing an order, you are responsible for reviewing the complete product page, including:

• Product dimensions and approximate weight
• Full silicone, full vinyl, or soft cloth body construction
• Hair type and styling
• Whether the product may be bathed or submerged
• Age guidance and applicable warnings
• What is included with the product
• Processing and estimated delivery information

Product images and colors

Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, lighting, production batches, hair styling, hand-finished details, or clothing placement.

Lifestyle photographs may include decorative props for presentation. Only products and accessories expressly listed in the “What’s Included” section are included with the order.

Hand-finished and production variations

Certain dolls may contain hand-applied, hand-styled, or individually assembled details. Minor differences that do not materially affect the product’s function or overall appearance are not necessarily defects.

Material differences from the description or significant manufacturing issues will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

7. Product Safety and Child Use

Recommended ages and safety information may vary between products. Accessories may include small parts, magnets, bottles, pacifiers, clothing pieces, hair accessories, or other components.

The adult purchaser or supervising adult is responsible for:

• Reading all product warnings and age guidance
• Inspecting the product and accessories before allowing a child to play with them
• Providing appropriate adult supervision where required
• Keeping small parts and unsuitable accessories away from younger children
• Following all cleaning, bathing, hair-care, storage, and maintenance instructions
• Stopping use if the product becomes damaged or creates a safety concern

A product marked as collectible, decorative, or unsuitable for younger children must not be treated as a general toy contrary to the stated guidance.

8. Orders and Contract Formation

Adding a product to your cart or completing checkout does not guarantee that we will accept the order.

After checkout, we may send an automatic acknowledgment confirming that we received your order. This acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

The purchase contract is formed when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation, beginning fulfillment, or dispatching the product, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order where:

• The product is unavailable
• The price or product information contains an obvious error
• Payment cannot be authorized or verified
• Fraud, unauthorized activity, or abuse is reasonably suspected
• The delivery address cannot be serviced
• Purchase limits or promotional conditions have been exceeded

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method.

Failure to complete a reasonable verification request may result in a delay or cancellation of the order.

10. Prices, Currency, Taxes and Duties

Product prices are displayed in the selected or available website currency. Currency conversion tools may provide approximate converted values, while the final charge may be processed in a different currency as disclosed during checkout.

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error or applicable law provides otherwise.

Applicable shipping costs, taxes, duties, fees, or other charges will be displayed at checkout where they are collected by us.

11. Payment

Full payment is normally required when an order is placed. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change over time.

Payment services may be provided by third-party processors. We do not directly control a bank, card issuer, digital wallet, or payment provider’s authorization or processing decisions.

You must not use a fraudulent, stolen, unauthorized, or unlawful payment method.

We may cancel an order or suspend fulfillment where a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, identified as high risk, or reasonably suspected to be unauthorized.

Buy-now-pay-later or installment services, when offered, are separately governed by the terms of the applicable payment provider.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are submitted. To request a cancellation or change, contact us as quickly as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee a cancellation, product change, or address change after fulfillment has started.

Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled and must follow the applicable return process.

Refusing a shipment does not automatically qualify the order for a full refund. Return shipping, carrier fees, customs charges, and other actual costs may be deducted where permitted by law and our policies.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Processing, shipping, tracking, customs, address accuracy, delayed shipments, separate packages, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly stated at checkout.

Risk of loss and legal title will transfer as required by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address and for arranging receipt or collection where required.

14. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Return eligibility, damaged or incorrect products, standard returns, deductions, refunds, exchanges, and related procedures are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

You must contact customer care and obtain return instructions before sending a product back.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy excludes a statutory right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, gifts, bundles, coupons, discount codes, and final-sale offers may be subject to additional conditions shown with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Only one discount code may be used per order
• Discount codes have no cash value
• Codes cannot be applied to earlier purchases
• Codes may exclude certain products or regions
• Free gifts are available only while supplies last
• Promotions may not be combined

We may correct, suspend, extend, or withdraw a promotion where there is an error, misuse, fraud, technical problem, or other legitimate reason. This does not affect an order already accepted except where legally permitted.

16. Reviews and User Content

“User Content” includes reviews, comments, photographs, videos, social posts, messages, or other material that you submit to us or intentionally make available for publication.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content for publication, promotion, review, or display, you grant MiraBabe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, adapt, display, publish, and share that content for operating, promoting, and improving MiraBabe and its Services.

You represent that:

• You own or have permission to submit the content
• The content is truthful and based on a genuine experience
• The content does not infringe another person’s rights
• The content does not contain unlawful or malicious material
• You have appropriate permission before submitting an identifiable image of another person, particularly a child

We may moderate, reject, remove, or stop displaying User Content where reasonably necessary, including content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant, infringing, or contains personal information.

17. Intellectual Property

The MiraBabe name, logos, website design, product presentation, photographs, graphics, text, videos, icons, and other content are owned by or licensed to Sonhai Tech Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes.

Without prior written permission, you must not:

• Copy or republish our website content for commercial purposes
• Use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute our digital content
• Create a confusingly similar website, brand presentation, or impersonating storefront

Product names, photographs, and trademarks belonging to manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Where mandatory consumer law requires goods to conform to their description, be of satisfactory or acceptable quality, be fit for an applicable disclosed purpose, or provides remedies for faulty goods, those legal requirements continue to apply.

Our products are not medical devices and are not represented as providing medical, psychological, therapeutic, or healthcare treatment unless a particular product is expressly and lawfully identified otherwise.

22. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the paragraph above, MiraBabe and Sonhai Tech Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

We are not responsible for loss caused by:

• Your misuse or improper care of a product
• Failure to follow age guidance, warnings, or instructions
• Inaccurate information supplied by you
• Unauthorized use of your account caused by your own failure to secure it
• Events outside our reasonable control, except where the law places responsibility on us

Where legally permitted, our total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not affect statutory consumer remedies relating to defective, misdescribed, unsafe, or undelivered products.

23. Indemnity for Unlawful Use

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Sonhai Tech Limited for reasonable losses, liabilities, and expenses resulting directly from your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person’s rights, fraudulent conduct, or material breach of these Terms.

This section does not require a consumer to compensate us for loss caused by our own breach, negligence, unlawful conduct, or matters for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

24. Product Recalls and Safety Notices

If a product becomes subject to a safety notice, corrective action, recall, or regulatory restriction, we may contact the purchaser using the order contact information available to us.

You agree to follow reasonable safety and return instructions and to inform the end user or gift recipient where the product is no longer in your possession.

25. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil disturbance, government action, customs disruption, labor disputes, carrier interruption, infrastructure failure, or widespread technical outages.

This section does not affect rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Termination does not affect rights, liabilities, payments, refunds, or obligations that arose before termination or are intended to continue afterward.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

28. General Provisions

Entire agreement

These Terms and the policies incorporated into them form the agreement between you and us concerning the Services and your orders.

Severability

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver

A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not permanently waive our right to enforce it later.

The courts of Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
