We carefully prepare and pack every MiraBabe so your new little companion arrives safely. Below youβll find information about free standard shipping, processing times, estimated delivery, tracking, customs, and delivery support.
Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is available to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1β2 business days.

Every MiraBabe is checked and carefully protected before shipment.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
1. Where We Ship
MiraBabe currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and selected European destinations.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, package weight, delivery address, and local carrier restrictions. The available shipping methods and any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Selected European and remote destinations may be charged according to the address, package size, and order value.
Please note: Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

3. Processing & Total Delivery Time

Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1β2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Pre-Order or Special Items
Products marked as pre-order, made-to-order, or requiring additional preparation may have longer processing times. Please refer to the individual product page for details.
Busy Shopping Periods
Processing and delivery may take longer during holidays, major promotions, severe weather, or unusually high order volumes.
4. Free Shipping Conditions
Free standard shipping applies to eligible addresses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
Free shipping may not apply to:
- Remote or extended delivery areas
- Islands and overseas territories
- Military addresses
- Oversized or unusually heavy products
- Addresses requiring special carrier handling
- Priority or expedited shipping methods
Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
5. Multiple Products & Separate Packages
If your order contains multiple products, accessories, or items shipped from different fulfillment locations, the order may arrive in separate packages.
Separate tracking numbers may be provided. Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean that an item is missing.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow up to 1β2 business days for tracking information to appear after the carrier has received the package.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or local handling fees when the package reaches the destination country.
Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and remain the customerβs responsibility. MiraBabe does not control or determine the amount charged by local customs authorities.
Refusing a shipment because of customs duties or import charges does not automatically qualify an order for a full refund. Return shipping, carrier charges, customs fees, and other costs incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your full name, street address, apartment or unit number, postal code, city, state or province, country, telephone number, and email address before completing your purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
MiraBabe is not responsible for delivery failures, lost packages, or additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
If a shipment is returned because of an address error, refusal, failed delivery, or unclaimed package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
9. Address Changes & Cancellations
We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed. To request an address change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mirababe.com .
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address, product, or order can be changed once fulfillment has started.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or redirected by MiraBabe.
10. Delayed or Stalled Tracking
Carrier delays may occasionally occur because of customs inspections, weather, holidays, operational disruptions, or unusually high shipping volumes.
Temporary gaps between tracking updates do not necessarily mean a package is lost. International shipments may remain without a new scan while traveling between facilities or countries.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist in reviewing the shipment status with the carrier.
11. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check your mailbox, porch, entrance, garage, reception, and other safe delivery locations.
- Ask family members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management.
- Contact the local carrier using the tracking number.
- Allow up to 24β48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered shortly before final delivery.
If the package remains missing, contact us so we can help review the delivery with the carrier.
Replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the carrier investigation and the circumstances of the delivery.
12. Lost Packages
A package is not considered lost solely because tracking has temporarily stopped updating.
When a shipment appears to be lost, MiraBabe may need to open an investigation with the delivery carrier. Customers may be required to provide additional information or complete a declaration confirming non-receipt.
A replacement or eligible refund will be considered after the carrier investigation has been completed.
13. Damaged Packages or Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly after delivery.
Include clear photos or video showing:
- The outer shipping package
- The shipping label
- The internal packaging
- The product received
- The damaged or affected area
Please keep the product and all original packaging until the case has been reviewed. Discarding packaging may affect our ability to submit a carrier claim.
14. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are refused, left unclaimed, or returned because of failed delivery attempts may incur return shipping, customs, carrier, handling, or reshipment costs.
These costs may be deducted from an eligible refund or charged before a replacement shipment is sent.
Original shipping and handling costs included in the product price are not necessarily refundable when the delivery failure was not caused by MiraBabe.
15. Holiday and Gift Delivery
If you are ordering a MiraBabe for a birthday, holiday, or other special occasion, we strongly recommend ordering early.
Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed dates. MiraBabe cannot guarantee arrival before a specific celebration unless an express delivery service with a guaranteed date is clearly offered at checkout.

- Your order number
- Your full name
- The email address used for the order
- A brief description of the issue
- Relevant photos or screenshots where applicable
